Transforming an airfield into a bayside oasis

Built on the site of the former Kai Tak Airport, Cullinan Harbour is a residential development that offers an exceptional standard of living on the waterfront. Its eight interconnected towers form a crescent around a central open space, facing Victoria Bay and a waterfront park.

The building’s glass facade reflects the rippling waves, while rounded balconies create private outdoor retreats where residents can enjoy the ocean breeze. The profile of the towers evokes the fluid curves of sails, giving the development a distinct identity tied to its waterfront setting.

Cullinan Harbour provides a mix of residential unit types, from two-bedroom apartments to double-height penthouses. Expansive terraces blend private and shared outdoor spaces, enhancing the connections to the outdoors.

Urban living, connected with nature

At ground level, a shared lobby unites the towers, offering residents access to amenities including a clubhouse, lounge, landscaped courtyard, and an indoor-outdoor swimming pool. Commercial spaces are located at either end of the development, contributing to a dynamic and self-sufficient neighborhood.

Green spaces and pedestrian pathways link the complex to an elevated public park spanning the length of the former runway. This park provides residents and visitors with a tranquil retreat in the heart of the city.
