Situated just 50 meters from the Red Sea, this mixed-use project features a string of three towers placed along Jeddah’s Corniche — the city’s most prominent address. A 200-meter-tall residential tower will rise from the site’s western edge, directly adjacent to the waterfront, and will offer panoramic views of downtown and the sea. A second tower with a five-star hotel and service apartments will provide waterfront views from all of its rooms. A third, shorter tower will contain offices and will address Al Amir Faisal Bin Fahd Street to the east. A three-story podium on the site will encompass 10,000 square meters of luxury shopping.
