The design of the residential complex is inspired by rigorous patterns, rich hardwoods, the beauty of repetition, and strong and precise detail. Integrated massing and programming and an efficient facade strategy are key to the project’s innovative, iconic design. The 23,217-square-metre New Futura condominium is comprised of two mirroring 36-storey towers, located at the heart of a vibrant centre-city district in Singapore.
