Yesterday, during a special ceremony in Riyadh, SOM and Details Real Estate signed a strategic agreement formalizing the collaboration on a new landmark project in the city.

Senior leaders from Details Real Estate attended, including Chairman Abdullah Al Rajhi, alongside SOM representatives Managing Partner Emily Mottolese, Principal Preetam Biswas, and Associate Yasser Mohammed.

The collaboration builds on SOM’s longstanding legacy in Saudi Arabia—including the National Commercial Bank headquarters—as well as the firm’s ongoing work across the Kingdom, such as The Avenues, Retal Heights, and the reimagination and expansion of the Hajj Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah.

Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, the partnership reflects the Kingdom’s rapid growth in real estate and its expanding role in shaping sustainable, future-focused urban development.
