A new landmark for Dubai’s creative district

Rising 45 stories above the Dubai Design District—home to the city’s artistic community and the annual Dubai Design Week—Atélis introduces a new model for urban living along Dubai Creek.

The tower’s curving, petal-like balconies—inspired by the Al Samer, the UAE’s national flower—create a distinctive silhouette and woven texture. The staggered balconies serve to shade the interiors, marrying visual expression with environmental performance.

Shaping a connected residential community

Once built, Atélis will offer 280 residences, including one- to four-bedroom apartments, three duplex sky villas, and two double-height penthouses. At ground level, shared amenities include co-working spaces, a home theater, a children’s learning area, and a multipurpose entertainment room opening directly onto landscaped gardens.

This vertical composition and generous amenity offering are designed to foster a dynamic residential community, where privacy, access, and expansive views are thoughtfully orchestrated.

Atélis is envisioned as the residential anchor of Dubai’s creative district – a striking expression of wellness, sustainability and sophistication. The tower’s design draws from the cultural and environmental fabric of the UAE, combining passive design strategies with sculptural form to create a living environment that connects people to nature, to each other, and to the city around them.

A culture of indoor-outdoor living

In honor of its creekside setting, Atélis embraces a lifestyle of seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The tower offers direct access to a newly developed public promenade with pedestrian paths and cycling routes, linking the district to its wider urban context.

Each residence includes a private balcony offering panoramic views of the city and waterfront. Three cascading terraces define the tower’s form, while the surrounding landscape extends into immersive outdoor spaces with cascading infinity pools, shaded garden rooms, and wellness lounges.

More than a residential tower, Atélis is a statement of intent for the future of urban living in Dubai, defined by clarity, elegance, and a deep connection to place.
