Every project is a collaborative process. The project manager is the first point of contact, and we continue by the client’s side until the end. To me, success isn’t just delivering a completed building – it’s creating a lasting relationship with both the client and the structure we bring to life.
Her portfolio includes landmark headquarters and bespoke workplaces. She led the inaugural headquarters for a prominent financial organization in Lusail, Qatar, crafting a tailored environment that reflects the organization’s ambition and identity. The project features an extensive public art program, and LEED Gold certification. In New York, she directed a major headquarters for a confidential technology client, shaping a distinctive yet globally aligned workplace grounded in SOM’s ethos of radical reduction—sustainable, efficient, and highly flexible. In Dubai, Susan oversaw an expansive headquarters for a leading real estate company, bringing together diverse teams within an SOM-designed building that integrates workplace, wellness, and hospitality.
