The new Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank Headquarters, located on the edge of a public park in one of Shenzhen’s key business districts, has made the shortlist for the MIPIM Asia Awards in two categories: Best Office Development and Best Green Development.

The new headquarters responds to the region’s tropical climate through a series of biophilic and sustainable design solutions while building on SOM’s tradition of innovating structural engineering solutions.
