Construction on the new Rocky Mountain Power Headquarters has reached a milestone with the placement of its highest steel beam. Employees gathered on September 9 to celebrate the topping out the 169-foot-tall structure.

As the first major high-rise development in Salt Lake City’s historic Power District, this all-electric campus will anchor the redevelopment of the western side of downtown Salt Lake City. The ultra-efficient headquarters will feature public amenities and connect directly to the nearby Jordan River Parkway trail, integrating a modern workplace with riverfront nature. The project is scheduled for completion in Fall 2027.
