Among the first in a new wave of buildings that are reimagining West Palm Beach, Florida into a major urban center, One Flagler brings the standards of a high-end New York office building to this growing downtown—one of the several reasons why AIA Miami has honored the project with a Design Excellence Award. 

The project sits on a prominent peninsula along South Flagler Drive, where the Beaux-Arts church has served as a beacon for drivers and pedestrians arriving from the Royal Park Bridge. The land around the church sat largely underutilized for decades as a lawn and parking lot, and now, One Flagler establishes a new beacon, while generating crucial funding for the preservation of the church. This project reimagines the vacant lawn into an inviting public greenspace and replaces the parking lot with Class-A offices, fine dining, retail, and a new reading room for the church.
