Principals Frank Mahan and Kim Van Holsbeke will participate as tour guides in Fast Company’s Innovation Festival of Lever House and Manhattan West in New York City. Both tours will be hosted by Brookfield Properties.

On Tuesday, September 20, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, Mahan and Ric Clark, Cofounder and Managing Partner of WatermanCLARK, will lead a hard hat tour of the iconic modernist landmark currently under renovation. The next day, at the same time, Van Holsbeke, along with Henry Caso, SVP at Brookfield Properties, Josh Cohen, Restauranteur of Hidden Leaf, and Matt Jozwiak, Founder and CEO of Rethink Food, will take visitors through the new 7 million-square-foot mixed-use development designed and planned by SOM in Midtown West.
