Cultivating a culture of equity and inclusion

Our people and culture are the foundation of our practice. This chapter highlights ongoing initiatives to build greater equity at SOM and in the profession, including our mentorship programs and expanded recruitment efforts. Here you will find our annual reporting on demographic data, which we remain committed to sharing each year to enable transparency and accountability.


Making a difference where we live and work
