SOM and Barnard College are set to compete in the international Learn by Design competition at the SXSW EDU Conference & Festival. The Milstein Center—the new, interdisciplinary, and multimodal library at Barnard College—has been selected as one of five finalists in this year’s competition, which recognizes the cutting-edge in education design. On Tuesday, March 10th, Design Partner Colin Koop and Jennifer Rosales, the Executive Director of the Center for Engaged Pedagogy within The Milstein Center, will present the project in a live pitch contest that will determine the winner.
