On February 22, 2017, SOM Associate Directors Kim Van Holsbeke and Edward Guerra and Associate Daniel O’Shaughnessy gave a lecture and design critique in Mexico at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Escuela de Arquitectura, Arte y Diseño.
The presentation, titled “Planning our Cities of the Future,” is part of a three-part lecture series, “Smart Environments,” coordinated by SOM with an architecture studio led by Cuatro44, a design and construction firm. Following the lecture, Van Holsbeke, O’Shaughnessy, and Guerra participated in design critiques of student work.
