On January 28th, SOM Associate Director Martin Liepmann will speak at Europe’s major aviation event, the 2021 Passenger Terminal Conference.
How can the pandemic provide an impetus to reimagine the travel experience? In an interdisciplinary panel talk titled “Airports, Entry and Exit Points of Our Cities and Communities,” Liepmann and other industry experts will outline design strategies to enable the aviation industry to tackle the current crisis and future challenges. The audience will learn about the benefits of collaborating across multiple sectors and how architectural design can be a catalyst for change.
Alongside Martin Liepmann, the panel features Dr. Dawn Errede of Metropolitan Airports Commission, Antoine du Teilhet de Lamothe of Groupe ADP, and Cristina Alcivar of Vane Airport Media. The panel is moderated by Ann Marie Aguilar, Vice President at International WELL Building Institute.
