SOM Director of Sustainable Engineering Luke Leung will speak on a panel at the 2016 Chicago Real Estate Leadership Summit on Wednesday, November 9th. Centered on net-zero-energy (NZE) buildings, the summit explores Chicago’s real estate future and its potential to become a nationwide leader in net-zero projects.
Leung will join a panel titled “NZE Successes: Insights from Leaders,” where he will discuss SOM’s approach to the design of net-zero buildings in urban centers. He is joined on the panel by experts from the leading development firms Point 32 and Gerding Edlen.
