


The 2021 ULI Fall Meeting, held in Chicago from October 11–14, features hybrid virtual and in-person programming for all attendees. A series of panel discussions featuring Luke Leung, Julie Michiels, Dawveed Scully, Carlos Talero, Christopher Hall, Ian Kaminski-Coughlin, and Alex Kisiel will address a range of topics including P3 processes, unlocking the potential of an emerging tech hub, the City of Chicago’s INVEST South/West Initiative, and SOM’s new Equity Design Lab. Michiels and Kaminski-Coughlin will also lead tours of SOM’s West Loop Library, 800 Fulton, and Cook County Hospital Adaptive Reuse projects.
