JPMorganChase’s new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue has been honored with a Project of the Year REmmy Award by the CoreNet Global New York City Chapter. Each year, the REmmy Awards celebrate excellence in corporate real estate, recognizing outstanding projects and team achievements across New York City.

Within the tower by Foster + Partners, SOM designed the eight expansive trading floors—500,000 square feet of high-performance workspace, representing the largest and most advanced trading environment in New York City.
