World-Class View

Slowly but steadily, the redeveloped World Trade Center site’s signature 104-story tower is looking less like a construction project and more like the tallest skyscraper on Manhattan’s skyline.

New York and New Jersey officials Tuesday unveiled the latest milestone for One World Trade Center: plans for an observation facility on the 100th, 101st and 102nd floors of the tower. They hope it will attract close to four million visitors a year, and last month struck a deal with Legends Hospitality Management LLC to run it.
