The Stratford Voted Among London’s Most Transformative Works of Architecture

The Stratford has been voted as the second-most influential work of architecture in London in a contest hosted by ARCHIVIBE, the 2020 London Festival of Architecture, and BowerBird. The public voting contest, called “The power of architecture to impact my life,” recognizes architecture that transforms the daily life and built environment of the city.

The Stratford, located near Stratford International station, serves as an anchor for its neighborhood. It mixes residential loft-style and single-story apartments, a five-star hotel, and three sky gardens carved dramatically out of the building’s profile—representing a new model for high-rise living that puts community-building at the forefront.
