SOM Welcomes Hundreds of Visitors During Open House Chicago

On Saturday, October 17th, SOM’s Chicago office opened its doors to the public for Open House Chicago, an annual festival organized by the Chicago Architecture Foundation. With a record number of visitors this year to SOM’s office in the Loop, more than 1,800 people came throughout the day to tour the studio and learn about the firm’s projects.

Open House Chicago gives free access to over 200 sites across the city, providing the opportunity to explore many of Chicago’s most significant and distinctive architectural spaces.
