american architecture office skidmore, owings & merrill (SOM) has been chosen ahead of four other practices, including zaha hadid to complete scandinavia’s tallest building. initiated by the SERNEKE group, the 230 meter tower is part of a larger development covering 32,000 square meters. this masterplan comprises residential accommodation, office space and a variety of retail outlets, intended to create an integrated and sustainable neighborhood.
