SOM Associate Director Jon Cicconi and SOM Associate Jason Anderson, both senior designers for Moynihan Train Hall, will give a presentation at the AIA New York event “Exploring the New Penn-Farley Complex.” They will present alongside Michael Evans, President of Moynihan Station Development Corporation, on Monday, December 5th, at the Center for Architecture.
The speakers will discuss the design and development of Moynihan Train Hall, anticipated to open in 2020, and its role in the development of the larger Penn Station complex. Hilary Ballon, Professor of Urban Studies and Architecture at New York University, will moderate the event. The talk is the first in a series organized by AIA New York examining the city’s public buildings and infrastructure.
