Julie Hiromoto to Speak at 2015 AIA National Convention

SOM Associate Julie Hiromoto will speak at the annual convention of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) on May 14, 2015. As a host of the interactive session “Post Occupancy Evaluation: What, Why and How?” Hiromoto will survey the evaluations an architect might consider administering to a project after completion, from occupant surveys to utility data collection. Session participants will also complete a mock POE and discuss how evaluations can inform future design.

“Post Occupancy Evaluation” is one of more than 300 sessions, tours, seminars, and other programs taking place at the 2015 AIA National Convention. This year, architects and other design leaders will convene in Atlanta for the event starting May 14.
