On Thursday November 21st, Associate Director Francesca R. Oliveira will participate in AIA San Francisco's "Let's Talk Architecture" panel. The event is the second installation in the series, which is sponsored by the chapter's Latinos in Architecture (LiA) committee.
The all-women panel will focuses on issues of diversity and inclusion in the industry through an open dialogue. Participants can expect to gain a deeper understanding of these subjects, equipping them with the confidence to influence change in their careers and workplaces.
The panel will be moderated by Ratcliff Associate Principal Patricia Alarcón. Oliveira will be joined on the panel by Lilian Asperin, a partner at WRNS Studio, and Celia Chiang, a senior project architect at Gensler.
The mission of LiA is to enrich local communities and design professionals through promoting different cultural views and fostering participation in academic, professional, and community-oriented events.
