SOM Design Partner Colin Koop and Director Meredith Bostwick-Lorenzo Eiroa will present this Thursday at the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) 2021 North Atlantic Regional Conference. Together, they will moderate a panel discussion entitled “The Future Campus: A Dialogue with Three Institutions and a Learning Technologist.”
The presentation will focus on the future of learning and touch upon a range of issues facing institutions today — from the Covid-19 pandemic to the urgent emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Meredith and Colin will explore the impact of these issues on both the physical and virtual campus environment.
Other panelists include Michelle Maheu, Director for Planning, Design and Construction at Wellesley College, Alexis Seeley, Director of Education and Opportunity Programs at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Diana Allegretti, Director for Design and Construction at Cornell Tech, and Natalie Shivers, Associate University Architect at Princeton University.
