SOM Associate Director Christoph Timm will speak at the X Sisteccer Congress in Buenos Aires on Friday, November 10th. His presentation is titled “An Integrated Purpose-Driven Design Approach: SOM’s Current and Past Work.”
Timm will discuss SOM’s sophisticated building technology applications, with a focus both on the firm’s legacy projects and recent work in Latin America and around the world. He will share insight on shifting trends in building envelopes and on new technologies and delivery methodologies in the field.
The two-day conference, now in its tenth year, will focus on the theme of “Towards a New Generation of Facades.” The event is organized jointly by Aluar División Elaborados, Dow, and VASAs.
