SOM’s ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower was honored in the 2017 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. The 31-story tower was named in two award categories: Best Office Architectural Design for all of Asia, and Best Green Development in the Philippines. The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards program is the largest real estate awards program in the region.
ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is the only Triple A office development in the Philippines to be on target to achieve dual green building certification from both the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® program and the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) program. Imagined as the new jewel of the Fort Bonifacio Business District in Manila, the tower will serve as the benchmark for commercial development in the area.
