On Thursday September 17, 2015, SOM Materials Specialist Anjanette Green will speak at the inaugural Living Product Expo in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The event is being hosted by the International Living Future Institute, which offers green building and infrastructure solutions through programs like the Living Building Challenge.
The Living Product Expo brings leading minds in the product industry together to have a transparent, transdisciplinary, and transformative dialogue that ignites innovations in the way materials are designed, manufactured, and delivered.
Anjanette Green joins Helen Brown and Celeste Tell, Co-Founders and Partners in Epicycle, and Rochelle Routman, Vice President of Sustainability at Mohawk Group, for an educational session about the life of products during their use and re-use. “Beyond Materiality: Matching the Whole Product Life-Cycles and Performance to Real User Needs” will present a whole product life-cycle framework for corporate real estate and workplace environments by reviewing the impacts of space occupancy, utilization, and operations.
