All Aboard Florida is set to begin construction today on its new 60,000-square-foot station in downtown West Palm Beach. The private-rail company will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 9 a.m. for the $29 million train station planned between Datura and Evernia streets along the Florida East Coast Railway tracks.
