
On November 20, 2014, SOM Associate Director Dan Herman will participate in the Central City Association of Los Angeles’s 2014 Architects Panel. This year’s theme, “Innovation in Design,” relates specifically to design activity in Downtown Los Angeles. Herman will discuss the New United States Courthouse – Los Angeles, a 625,000-square-foot judicial facility, and the Desmond, an adaptive reuse project of a vacant historic warehouse, both currently under construction in Downtown Los Angeles. Presentations will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by SCI-Arc Director Eric Moss. The event is open to the public. Tickets are $55 for non-members and $45 for CCALA Members
