Doryse works at the intersection of culture and creativity, with a background in shaping people-focused policy for some of the world’s leading companies. As SOM’s Chief People Officer, Doryse leads the firm’s global approach to human resources, with a focus on cultivating talent, building studio culture, and driving change. Doryse is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a focus on cultivating supportive community resource groups for colleagues at SOM.
I’ve always been motivated by building a better culture for the people I work with. I strive to bring as many voices to the table as possible – every person’s perspective matters. I’m inspired by the creatives around me and seek to bring the same passion to SOM’s culture every day.
Doryse joined SOM from global creative agency Ogilvy, where she served as Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Management, and prior, she held roles with publishers McGraw-Hill, and in finance at Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase.
Doryse is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She calls New York home, but is a Montreal native by way of Miami and Chicago.
