Houston-based McNair Interests, a private investment and management firm founded by Texans owner Robert C. McNair, will break ground next year on an upscale mixed-use development anchored by a Rosewood hotel.
The hotel will be the second property in Texas and the ninth in the United States for Dallas-based Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
