The SOM Women’s Initiative (SOMWI) invites undergraduate and graduate students to apply for its annual Shadowing Opportunity. Now in its seventh year, the four-day winter program provides invaluable experience, mentorship, and guidance to talented students who plan to pursue a career in architecture, engineering, or related fields.
From January 2nd to 5th, 2018, selected students will rotate through various departments at SOM to gain a well-rounded perspective on the firm’s work and the day-to-day experience of design professionals.

The SOM Women’s Initiative was established in 2011 to cultivate and promote the continued development and success of women at SOM and within the design disciplines.
