The Rudin Management Co—one of New York’s leading and oldest real estate families—just completed a renovation of the lobby, public areas and subway entrance of the 400k SF tower at 560 Lexington Ave. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the Rudin’s commissioned architectural firm, helped build the multimillion-dollar project, and used a lighter palette—replacing the brick and bronze of the original lobby with Portuguese limestone, white Spanish granite flooring, large windows and a glass entrance that allow for more open and naturally lit space.
