New Futura has been honored in the 2018 EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards program. The residential complex won the Top Development Excellence Award for completed projects in the Central region of Singapore.
Located in a vibrant district characterized by bold architecture, New Futura brings a striking presence to the Singapore skyline. The complex comprises two 36-story towers that contain 124 unites in total. Its design is inspired by rigorous patterns, rich hardwoods, the beauty of repetition, and strong and precise detail. Integrated massing and programming and an efficient facade strategy are key to the project’s innovative, iconic design.
