Jiangxi Nanchang Greenland Central Plaza, Parcel A won an Honor Award for Architecture in the 2017 AIA Hong Kong Design Awards. The mixed-use project, which was completed in 2015, includes two low-rise buildings for retail and conferences and a pair of identical 303-meter-tall office towers. The skyscrapers are the tallest buildings in Nanchang, China. In 2016, the project was recognized by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat in both the China Innovation Award and the Best Tall Building China programs.

The Hong Kong chapter of the AIA aims to honor exceptional architecture through its annual Design Awards. The program calls attention to exemplary designs created by AIA members.
