For BBVA Bancomer Operations Center, a 135-meter tower in Mexico City, BBVA partnered with SOM to design a work space where creativity and uniqueness are fostered. SOM’s glass-centric design reimagines BBVA’s work environment for the 21st century and fosters a collaborative company culture. Additionally, the center has contributed to the revitalization of the Parques Polanco neighborhood, a formerly industrial district in the city.
Located at the edge of Mexico City, BBVA Centro Tecnológico is a highly secure data center and office complex that provides critical information technology support for the bank’s operations worldwide. The complex comprises a data center and an office building, connected by a lobby at grade level, and a central command station for the data center.
