In July, Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) selected Associate Dawveed Scully as a 2021 LGC Fellow. Scully, an urban designer, is one of 46 Fellows selected to the prestigious program based on professional achievements, leadership skills, and a commitment to the community.
Beginning in September, LGC Fellows will participate in seminars, community site visits, discussion groups, and other events designed to highlight key socioeconomic issues impacting the Chicago region. The ten-month fellowship program aims to provide the area’s most promising leaders with the foundation for a lifelong commitment to civic engagement. Since the launch of the LGC Fellows program, more than 1,100 Fellows have become leaders in a wide variety of industries in Chicago and beyond.
