On Monday, October 12th, SOM Design Partner, Brian Lee will present The High Life proposal—developed in collaboration with CAMESgibson—as part of the “BOLD: Alternative Scenarios for Chicago” exhibition during the Chicago Architecture Biennial. He will also discuss SOM research projects in architecture and urban planning—including the recently completed AMIE, a 3D-printed high-performance enclosure that was developed in partnership with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the University of Tennessee.
“BOLD: Alternative Scenarios for Chicago” is an exhibition organized by Iker Gil of MAS Studio as part of the Chicago Architecture Biennial that showcases speculative projects and ideas for the city of Chicago by 20 architecture practices.
