ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower, located in Bonifacio Global City in the Philippines, won two 2017 Philippines Property Awards. Winning the top honor in the Best Office Architectural Design and Best Green Development categories, the project was also recognized as Highly Commended in the Best Office Development category. The annual awards program, now in its fifth year, recognizes leading projects in the country’s real estate industry. This is the second time that ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower has taken top honors at the awards, having won in the same categories last year.
Imagined as the new jewel of the Fort Bonifacio Business District, located southeast of Manila’s city center, ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower serves as the benchmark for commercial development in the area. At 31 stories, the building provides 21 floors of office space, including two tall executive floors, a large public lobby, a public cafeteria, and a multilevel parking facility that extends above and below ground. The tower also features a rooftop garden terrace, offering panoramic views of Fort Bonifacio.
