More than a year after Disney announced it would relocate its operations from the Upper West Side to Hudson Square, Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the architecture firm of record, has revealed an inside look into the new campus.
Back in August, building plans prefiled with the city’s Buildings Department revealed Disney’s 4 Hudson Square campus would include a 19-story tower.
SOM’S renderings now reveal that the 19-story tower will rise in a series of setbacks, which culminate in two, 320-foot towers and several terraces.
