On Wednesday, July 10th, two SOM projects were honored at the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Chicago Vision Awards Gala. Optimo Hat Company won in the “Visionary Manufacturing” category, and the Taylor Street Apartments and Little Italy Branch Library won for “Affordable Housing and Visionary Collaboration.”
The ULI Chicago Vision Awards recognize the full development process, highlighting best practices and innovative problem solving. The two SOM projects were among six total “Project Category” winners.
