Lexicon (Savills 020 7205 4118) is a 36-storey tower designed by architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Lexicon is a joint venture between developer Mount Anvil and housing association Affinity Sutton. The tower, which will be the tallest in Islington, has 307 one-, two- and three-bedroom flats. There will be 107 affordable flats available through Affinity (0300 100 0303), of which 69 are for shared ownership. There will be a residents’ spa, swimming pool and gym and shops and cafés overlooking the canal.
