On July 11, Laura Ettelman, SOM Director, and Meredith Bostwick-Lorenzo Eiroa, SOM Associate Director, will participate in the AIA Regional Recovery Working Group’s workshop titled “Resilient Measures for Transportation, Infrastructure and Critical Facilities in the North East Corridor.” The day-long event will bring together stakeholders from across the region engaged in resilient building and planning efforts.
Ettelman will present on the LaGuardia Redevelopment Program in Queens and Bostwick-Lorenzo Eiroa will present on the Cornell NYC Tech Campus Framework Plan. This workshop is the third in a series organized in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy to focus on issues of resiliency, sustainability, and safety.
