Designed by a team led by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the new project will take the existing 196,317 square-foot building and add 7,499 square feet to it. Upgrades to the site will include pedestrian pathways through the site, "linear gardens" along Olympic Boulevard, new glass curtain walls at the entries, and plenty of new courtyards and decks for workers to hang out on. The new office complex will be right across the street from the Expo Line's future 26th/Bergamot station.
