On Wednesday, April 26th, SOM Director Paul Danna will participate in an event titled "P3 Development: What Am I Getting Myself Into?" Hosted by the Los Angeles chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), the event will help attendees understand the Public Private Partnership (P3) model.
A solution to address aging infrastructure and new capital projects for government, educational, and institutional clients, the P3 process requires collaboration among end-users, financial partners, design-build teams, and community stakeholders.
Speaking as a panelist, Danna will join other industry professionals on an in-depth discussion about the P3 process. The role of the design and construction teams, the involvement of each stakeholder, and the risk model for architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) companies, are some of the topics to be covered.
