The second residential building that will see completion within Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group’s Hudson Yards megaproject, 35 Hudson Yards, has now topped out at 1,009 feet.
YIMBY first reported on the milestone, and a spokesperson for Related Companies confirmed the news to Curbed. 35 Hudson Yards is the second tallest building within the megaproject; its neighbor, 30 Hudson Yards will rise to almost 1,300 feet, and is scheduled to top out soon as well.
