Douglas Voigt Speaks at World Water Day Symposium

On Friday, March 22nd, Douglas Voigt, SOM Director of Urban Design and Planning, will serve as a panelist at the World Water Day Symposium. Hosted by Current, an organization focused on bridging gaps in water technology commercialization, the event will feature regional experts from the water sector. Participants will discuss issues and innovations impacting water infrastructure.

Voigt will speak on the second of three panels, titled “Stewardship of Urban Waterways.” Joining Voigt will be: Jack Pizzo of the Pizzo Group; Jennifer Wasik of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago; and Nick Wesley of Urban Rivers. Danielle Gallet, Director of Water Resources from the Metropolitan Planning Council, will moderate.
