White Magnolia Plaza
Shanghai, China
The design for White Magnolia Plaza consists of a 320-meter office tower, two hotel towers, and a series of smaller scale mixed-use buildings. The complex is a centerpiece of a neighborhood redevelopment plan that connects directly to a new park along Shanghai’s Huangpu River. The primary tower features complex curved surfaces that are accentuated by the perforated metal light shelves that enhance its environmental performance.
