As host of New York’s renowned New Year’s Eve celebration, Times Square Site One, located one block south of the Times Tower, is one of the most widely seen buildings in the world. In contrast to the other, more self-referential tall buildings in the area, Times Square Site One draws its design themes from the differing characteristics of each facing street.
